SLC Property is looking forward to attending UKREiiF from 19 – 21 May. Attending will be:

  • Russell Mills, Managing Director, a Chartered Surveyor with decades of experience specialising in land assembly and infrastructure delivery. He has recently led on land and property matters for schemes such as the Northumberland Line and the Blyth Relief Road.
  • Edward Jones, Utilities Director will also be attending and brings over 20 years of experience in strategic development, utilities and property acquisition. Edward helps developers de-risk sites and manage utilities from concept to completion. He provides clear strategies for diversions, new connections, and due diligence, ensuring utilities do not delay delivery or impact viability.
  • Peter Eustance, Associate Director will be attending some of the Fringe events. With nearly 40 years of experience across commercial property, valuation and compensation, he continues to play an important role in delivering property advice for projects across the Northern region.
