Henry achieves his chartership

Congratulations to Henry Regnart-Butler, Acquisition and Development Surveyor, for passing his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and becoming a chartered surveyor.

Since joining us in 2023, Henry has worked on the acquisition of land and rights for major transport projects, new railway stations, utilities and renewable energy schemes.

The APC is a rigorous process that tests candidates on their professional competence, ethics and technical knowledge. Henry’s success in this challenging assessment highlights his expertise that he has built up with SLC Property.
