SLC Property is pleased to announce that its property consultancy services are now available to an even wider range of organisations through ESPO, including charities and other third sector bodies.

The expanded arrangement means national and local charities, public sector mutual organisations and other organisations involved in delivering services to or for the public sector can access SLC Property’s specialist expertise through the ESPO framework.

It builds on SLC Property’s appointment to the ESPO Estates Management Professional Services framework (2700), which enables public sector organisations throughout the UK and Northern Ireland to procure its services through an established framework.

SLC Property was successful in five specialised lots covering General Valuation; Lease Management; Strategic Asset Management and Development Services; Compulsory Purchase and Compensation; and Planning Consultancy.

ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation offering a wide range of frameworks and procurement services. Suppliers appointed to its frameworks undergo a rigorous assessment process covering areas including financial stability, track record and experience, social value contribution, and technical and professional capability.

The extended agreement opens up access to SLC Property’s services to eligible third sector organisations, providing charities and organisations delivering services to or for the public sector with a straightforward route to procure specialist property consultancy support.

Russell Mills, Managing Director at SLC Property, said: “We’re delighted that our services through ESPO are now available to an even broader range of organisations, including national and local charities and other third sector bodies.

“Our team of RTPI and RICS professionals has extensive experience in providing property consultancy services across a broad range of sectors, including renewable energy, highways and transport.

“This extended arrangement provides eligible third sector organisations with a straightforward route to access our specialist property expertise, while giving them the reassurance that comes from procuring through an established ESPO agreement.

“It’s an exciting opportunity for us to work with new clients and bring our property expertise to organisations delivering important services in communities across the UK.”

The ESPO public sector framework runs from June 2026 until June 2028, while the further agreement with ESPO extends SLC Property’s provision to eligible third sector organisations until 25 August 2028.
