SLC Property named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Estate Management Services 2 framework

SLC Property, an infrastructure, property and development specialist, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management 2 framework on Lot 5: Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Since starting in 2016, SLC Property has quickly become a valued partner for the public sector to handle complex infrastructure delivery challenges. The SME has also worked on several large projects requiring compulsory purchase powers including the Northumberland Line, West Midlands Rail Programme and Blyth Relief Road.

Russell Mills, Managing Director of SLC Property explains more: “We work across many infrastructure types including active travel, highways, utilities, energy and mass transit and have shown from our significant experience how we are able to support our clients and provide value.

“Being named as a supplier on this framework will now enable more Central Government departments and UK public sector bodies to use our specialist services.”
